Gauge Locations Evo X ???

Options look very limited for gauge mounting in the X. Please post up some pics if anyone has aftermarket gauges on their X.

Options? - Steering column - Can only fit 1 without blocking tach or speedo

A pillar - Not sure how the SRS will like this or fit with them.

Other areas???

Personally, I only want a boost gauge on my X, but I want it to look like it belongs.

I like that idea, but they aren't in direct line of sight which is the downfall

We attached my boost gauge at the very bottom of the a pillar, almost sitting on the dash.

steering colum FTW if your only mounting 1 gauge. Im mounting defi gauge soon with the control unit mounted to the bottom of center consol where the orange light shines down. I will post pics when I get it complete. Im just lazy.

It actually looks like two gauges would fit comfortably to the right and left of the speedo and tach.

For those who attached to the A pillar, what kind of pod did you use?

This is one thing I like the Defi gauges. For example, the Defi Red Racer gauges come w/ cup pods and mounting stands in each package.

You can mount them anywhere on the dash or on the A-pillar.
