Installing an aftermarket steering wheel

Anyone do it? What did you do with the dif control switch(and to a lessor extent the cruise control or whatever is on the right side)?

i think the ACD switch you can relocate. AS the SSS model have it./factory relocation./
the cruise control either you loose it or do your own relocation.
