How do you manually adjust the Headlight?

How you manually adjust the headlight beam height from the housing, not from the wheelie inside the car left of the steering wheel. I recently installed some 6000k bulbs and my passenger side bulb seems to aim a bit lower than my driver side and I want to somehow adjust it. I don't wanna take the whole bumper off and headlight off to adjust the bulb again from the inside, but I heard there is some knob somewhere where you can manually adjust it outside of the headlight housing. Does anyone know where this is situated?
