02 Socket for the 02 Sensor.
Breaker Bar for the two bolts on the downpipe. Mine were a ***** to get off.
Did you get some spacers for the 02 Senor? It will throw a CEL without them.

Other then that it's pretty simple.

1) Do this job with everything COLD!

2) When removing the O2 sensor, make sure it's centered when unscrewing it. There's a lot of slop in the threads...easy to cross-thread. When installing the O2 sensor into the test pipe, put a little anti-sieze on the threads first. Did you buy an O2 spacer?

3) If the DP moves a little when breaking the front bolts loose on the stock cat, don't worry, the DP rides on a donut...just move it back when you get the stock cat pipe off.

4) Make sure your flanges are centered before locking everything down.

Make sure that if ur doing the job with a buddy for him not to completely remove the 02 sensor (from under the passenger seat)... thats what my buddy did... hahhaa

Easy as cake to remove.. the only problem we had as probably taking the bolts off. Anyways i had to remove my test pipe to put my stock cat on (fix-it ticket) taking it off was easy as hell.. its a 1 person job

good luck.

I think you pick one and then use the included C-Clip to lock it in. I have it here sitting in front of me, unopened.

I would use the smallest jet i guess, since you don't have a cat at all, that way you are less likely to send of a signal.

I used an 22mm O2 sensor socket I bought from Advance Auto.

As for what size insert I used in my O2 sensor spacer...the middle one. No CEL as of yet (using a Cobb Stage 2 tune).

Yea, the hardest part of the install is breaking the OEM bolts loose. I did it by myself and it took me maybe 45 minutes inclusive of getting my tools/jack/stands etc out of the garage and into my driveway to actually do it. I also ended up drilling out a pair of spark plug defoulers for my O2.
