Installing your own clutch!
It definitely takes a lot of patience, and some willing friends to help out (beer helps). Slide hammer we used had a claw hook attachment as finding / welding a 12mm bolt to the end of ours wasn't an option. It really doesn't take many hits with the slide hammer to get the driver's side stub axle out. Took about 30 seconds. We also passed on removing the o2 housing, and opted instead for breaking loose the 2 spring bolts on top of DP and the 2 19mm bolts on the bottom - went fairly smooth....getting transmission out over the crossmember and subframe is the hardest hurdle...bolts from driver's side motor mount don't allow much pull of transmission to driver side, while you can't drop it straight down either without hitting subframe. Ultimately, we left rear motor mount on (just the upper portion, not the lower A-frame) as a handle, and rotated the transmission 90 deg. counter-clockwise, while engine angled down an inch or two, to pull transmission off the input shaft. Worst hour of my life.

Ah too bad, thanks for looking
Not sure yet, probably won't need a new one for a while. I was searching for a diy out of curiosity to see how much of a pain it would be to do on my own. I've swapped a clutch on a G35, but that was a joke and I know the EVO is much more complex.
