How do I install this? Whet are those black tuber things that came with it? I know there for the screws to go into but how do they stay on the bumper?

Put the rubber pieces into the holes you drilled, with the lip on the rubber piece sitting on the outside of the bumper. I was also confused at first, as it seems there is nothing to hold the rubber pieces in the bumper, but once you slide the pieces in, you'll realize it's a tight fit and the bracket won't go anywhere.

Self tapping screws + washers work too. Mine didn't come with hardware.

You put those rubber sleeves into the holes with the lip facing out. As you tighten the screw into it, it pulls the brass fitting towards the flange and mushrooms out the rubber, which ancors it to the bumper.

IMO the side mount plate holders are awesome. So many other cars try to imitate that look. It keeps the front mount open and keeps us on good terms with the fuzz.

IIRC it's a 13mm bit, but I could be wrong. Do you have the instructions that came with the OEM bracket? I'm sure they say the bit size.
