Yes it will fit. You can try the non-fouler cheat but most likely you'll need to disable the rear o2 with ECUFlash or Accessport.

 

Buy the Access Port or get a tune before getting a test pipe!

 

Agreed on the accessport first aftermarket purchase I made when I had my STi
