Works Shifter Cable Bushings 2008 GSR

Hello,

I purchase a couple things from lancershop.com:
AMS Gate selector bushings, Works shifter cable bushings, console bushings, and short shifter.

They shipped in 3 different packages and in the last package which was supposed to contain just the console bushings and short shifter there was another bag with shifter cable bushings with the same part number as the bag I had already received. My problem is they are 2 clearly different sized bushings labeled with same part number and I don't know what to install. I have e-mailed lancershop, but while I wait for a response I was wondering what the boards think. Here is a picture of the 2 different sets of bushings.

OK, Works called me and said the smaller ones are the right ones.

Has anybody done this without removing the air box? I'm lazy and that seems like a good option if I won't have to take it off anyway during the middle of the operation to finish the work

I don't have the stock airbox but with an injen cai doesn't seem like you need to remove it but would def help. If i had to take a guess the stock air box will need to be removed
