I'm not sure of the purpose of the second plug, but I don't see why you can't install the temp sensor there. I'm also not sure if the thread is the same. For the port I used, the thread is female 3/8 BSPT.

But I am wondering, that nobody has installed the temp sensor at the second plug yet.
Where do you get the adapter? (3/8 BSPT to 1/8 NPT)

you can get it at any hardware store, or order it from glowshift, it's a common addpater

I'm not sure what you may find in Germany, but BSPT is hard to find in American Hardware stores. I found mine at 42 Draft Designs.

can anyone help me out with what thread the male end of the ams oil remote pressure sender line is? does it go straight into the oil filter plug or do you need an adaptor from 3/8 BSPT to 1/8 NPT?

one thing i dont like about the aem digital oil pressure gauge is that the wiring for the sensor is made way too short..
