I didn't loose it because I didn't have it I think bluetooth was installed as standard on 2010+ USDM X's. Correct me if I'm wrong. But if you remove the head unit you will prob lose it yes.

The best thing is to get a aftermarket stereo with bluetooth, I think that's like standard now a days.
