Change Fog Light As whole

Just wonder if the fog lights are held in by clips or not.. Due to this winter and my car getting snowed in.. I've must if pushed my fog light in alittle. Like where the plastic meets the front lip is pushed back and I thought it was the ice in there so I waited for it to melt and tried to pull it back and it doesn't click in.. Anyone know what I have to do? Take off the whole number and fix it?

You can jack the car up and pull the undert tray down and you should be able to reach the 4 or 5 screws holding the fog light. His is what I did when I replaced the fake GSR vents to the MR vents.
