factory rear diffuser..

I am sure so of you have had the same problem as me. I waxed my car last week, and accidentally got some wax on my rear diffuser, without knowing it until it turned white. I have tried prepsol, alcohol, bug and tar remover, and it got a tiny bit better, but still no luck.. What can I do?

A product called Black Wow makes the diffuser and plastic pieces on the front end look amazing. Not sure if it will necessarily remove the wax, but it restores the color in the plastic trim to a deep black color, so it might work.

Peanut Butter FTW!!! almost to easy I let it sit for a few minutes, then wiped it off with white paper towels, rinse and wash!

wow...someone actually listened to my advice.

Congratulations. I understand how annoying the wax residue was to you.

you guys never wax the plastic pieces? they have a laminate coat, right? so it's waxable. i've always waxed them with liquid wax and never had white residue on it.
