80% done!!!

Everything has been trial fitted and fits up well... Nothing is fixed in as of yet coz I'm waiting for the owner to come back from interstate so I can trial fit the headlights and make any rotational adjustments to the projector before I fix it in. Once that's done I can fix everything else in and seal the headlight:

^^ this set is not fully together yet... But from start to finish with no interuptions I can do this setup in a day..

* FX-R BiXenon projectors... Price can be found on TRS website
* 3" OEM E46 shrouds... Price varies on eBay
* H11 HID kit for the chrome AFS housing... Price can be found in TRS website
* red paint for projectors / matte black paint for chrome housing / nightshades for amber side reflector / gloss black paint for turn signal... Price is relative to where you live

Is the AFS housing only activated on hightbeam?

Is the projector bi-xenon or just xenon?

The headlight work is amazing as usual, still dont know if I like blacked out lights on black evos. I think you lose too much contrast.
