Please help! No radio!

So I attempted to do the aux jack mod that is somewhere on this forum and after it was all said and done, no power to the radio. So I hooked up everything back to normal....and still no power to the radio. No clock, no eject button nothing. Checked the fuses and they are not burnt out. If anyone could help me out a little bit I would really appreciate it!

Just went out and did that. Replaced the radio fuse with a new one, and still no luck. I've now triple checked all of the connections to the radio, fuses and battery... this is weird!

I think it might be the the little tag like power strip that goes from the hazard lights to the bottom of the radio face. Does anyone know where the piece is supposed to go?

which radio do you have.. Navi or regular radio?

What "power strip" are you talking about for the hazard lights that goes to the "bottom of the face"? The only power I remember there was the power that went into the hazard lights.. I didn't mess with the origin of those wires.

Pictures of what you are referring to may help..

what does the AUX jack mod require you to do?
are you sure you hooked everything up to the correct wire(s)?
Did you cover any exposed wire with enough electrical tape?
Did you do the mod while the battery was still connected?

Battery was disconnected, aux mod just has you add a wire to the aux part of the harness. There is a white strip that goes from the hazard light area that connects to the face plate of the stereo. I will try to take pictures and upload them tonight.
