The guys you buy these headlight parts off are the same guys you can buy / talk to about the special wiring harness that resolve the flickering issue...

The harness you posted states:
"Note that these will NOT work with vehicles that have DRL's (Daytime Running Lamps) unless you click the lights on to low-beam."

Not sure what exactly this means for us wanting to keep our daytimes functional.
