Unofficial: Evo X - XXR Thread
Where do you get 94 octane? Husky or somewhere else?Thats just it. I had a Prelude lowered and even though I didnt get stuck I did bottom out everywhere. Don't want to have to do that to the evo and I dont want to swap springs every season either
Holy another Winnipegger?? Would love to see your car one day

). Lowering the Evo, a rally car at heart, is nothing like lowering a Honda, especially a Prelude. This is why you don't settle on springs. You get into KW (quality) coilovers at a minimum - this way you can adjust the height for all seasons/desires. It is by far the best investment you can make in your car. Just my 17.5 cents.
Evo does NOT = Prelude. Completely different frame and dimensions. I've lowered every car I've owned (2 Preludes included) and I'm on car #14 (I'm 34 years old

My Prelude had Koni Yellow's with Ground Control coilovers. Every time you adjust the height you technically need an alignment so I set my suspension to the height I liked and never changed it lol.
I know the evo is a different beast all together but if its low its low...meaning its still going to bottom out in deep snow and ice. Back lanes have huge ruts around here and I really dont want to put the undercarriage through that kind of abuse

So I'm a fan of all things shiny. I think adding a little chrome on a wicked white would look good. .. ?
