By the way there is another choice for you. For those of you who have the rooftop with the grooves. You can try Sigma Auto out of Japan.

http://sigma-speed.co.jp/

From the pics you see the one that looks like it's for the flat roof is actually for the regular Lancer. I already checked.

Oh ok. Not sure where they get it from. Just found them while I had searched for my options.

Taiwan and China; It looks like decent stuff tho. The vast majority of CF stuff that's like that comes from one or two factories that probably re-tool fiberglass molds or something

I'm 99% sure the Kansai Service makes their own stuff though, I have their front bumper guard. Pretty good quality but took a while to get.

As of right now, the only reason why I'm attracted to the Rexpeed CF VG is because the fins look beefy which I like compared to these and the APR. I'm not buying a VG for it's purpose on what it does but i would just like to have it for aesthetics. I looked at Chargespeed and they sell theirs twice as much as Rexpeed does. Too rich for my blood for something I want to use for aesthetics purposes only.

Ive had 2 different VGs and both of them won't sit flush on one corner. This is the first I've heard about 2 different roofs. I have the sunroof, could that be the reason i can't find one to fit right. If so where do i get one to fit my roof?
thanks

Look at the front of the VG and see if it has groves in it or if its perfectly flat...that may have something to do with it..also you have to use some good double sided tape and put weight on it regardless....one of my corners didnt want to stay down at first
