Headlight hazed
Assuming it doesn't need just a good wipe and cleaning on the inside, you can remove the haze the same way you would if it were hazy on the outside. You can buy Meguires headlight restore kit and get to work.
You would have to bake them and then separate the lenses, clean & polish and reseal.
There are more than one How-Tos on EvoM for Evo X headlights.

Bumping up this old thread, because it is exactly my problem. Both of my headlights are hazed on the inside. I have the HIDs with DRLs. Taking these apart are a bit of a process? What aftermarket headlights have anyone used? LEDs? Thank You.
Yea you have to bake them (literally in the oven) and open them up. I've seen alot of Evos running something like this:

Once you get them apart and clean them, if they're still hazy you have to sand/polish/seal them or use a restore kit. The Cerakote kit is amazing and will prevent rehazing. I also recommend checking to make sure the bulb covers are sealing correctly as this isn't normal.
