3M headlight restorer. Good stuff. I'm surprised Evo headlights are oxidizing already. My Evo have never spent the night in a garage or under a cover and mines are still clear.

There is this stuff called PlastiX than I picked up at walmart and used it to get the oxidation off my headlights, mirrors, and the black trim around the windows that worked great. I used the Mother's Power Ball Mini for it and got no scratches but you don't have to use the powerball.

you must really neglect your evo (or bought a neglected used evo). headlight fogging is not a common issue on evo headlights so far.

Go to Pepboys, to the headlight bulbs isle...There should be some Permatex restore kits available. They work very well for the price.

Use 3M plastic cleaner, it is designed to fix you problem. I used to do professional detailing on all types of cars and it works 100% GL

That does not sound stupid at all. A few years back when I was at SEMA, I was complaining to the guys at Mothers about their clear plastic polish and how it sucked. They told me that if their plastic polish sucked, then go to a slightly more agressive compound, their chrome and mag polish.

It works amazingly well, and have been using it on my headlights on my last car, and on the EVO. I use it to get off waterspots and small imperfections.

Works great.
