TPMS - Tire Pressure Monitor Sensors....you have them....I have them too. I haven't changed my wheels out yet though because I'm deployed.

I would check the Aggressive wheel thread up here for Evo Xs to get an idea of what you could do to stop the rubbing. As for the service light, I don't know....did you swap the sensors out of your old wheels?

If there are no sensors for the ecu to read then you would probably get that service light. I heard new sensors cost about $70 a piece but I would check with the dealership or swap the ones out with your old wheels.

I don't know what they look like - they could be in the valves or a ring around the wheel. If I were you I would go to the parts department (Mitsubishi) and see if you can get an idea of what they look like (ask them to give you a picture) and how much they cost. Maybe you can find them some where else cheap if they are expensive.....

It's your sensors man. You could go to Discount Tire like I did, plunk down what they want for them and have them installed, and then hit up a Mitsu dealer and have them charge you around $100, give or take a bit, and have your car recalibrated to them. Or you could go without the sensors like a lot of people do on here and turn off the warning light everytime to lose traction, open a car door, or start your car.
