? are you using aftermarket lug nuts? if not, that's probably the cause

I am actually. Will the stock lugs fit the wheels?

most likely just unbalenced. This is the issue 99% of the time. if they set up the machine wrong they wont know until you go back and complain.

I've had the same issue for a while. After inspection, every shop gave me the same answer the tires are unbalanced. Funny thing is both places didnt fix the issues after rebalancing.
