good luck getting the money back. Hopefully it's attached to his checking account so they can pull it right from there.

Not having a confirmed address has proved to be an issue for me also. I live in Jamaica (the island, not Queens), the credit card has a Jamaican address. I have items shipped to a US address because most ppl don't ship internationally. This address is provided by MailPac a company that
offers an overseas mail and package service. When you open an account with us you are given a US mailing address or "Smart Address," which consists of a Post Office Box AND a street address.

Use your Smart Address to receive mail and magazines, and the street address to receive packages. Mail, magazines and packages are then sent to Jamaica where MailPac provides customs clearance and delivery
If I had to have a confirmed address many parts for my car would have had to wait for me to take a trip to the states, purchase them and then arrange shipping or sneak them in with my luggage. I can understand ppl trying to protect themselves from fraud, but some of us have legit reasons for not having confirmed addresses.

n.b. While shipping internationally may be easy for a seller, it sure isn't for this buyer. I would have to take time off from work and visit the airport or wharf and spend a day clearing the item/s with customs. The MailPac service I and many other Jamaicans use eliminates that hassle.

I dont have the minimum amount of posts but have bought a crazy amount of things from the site with no problem from the sellers.

until i bought the hotside from Drew1020. Communication was good until i paid him. After that haven't heard a thing from him. Filed a paypal claim and it finally ended yesterday and of course theres no money in his account so I am unable to get a refund for it.

Any suggestions as to what to do?
Thanks for the help in advance.
01eclipsegs is no one to talk about a bad seller. I purchased a tactrix cable from he/she and never recieved it. NO answer to emails, or pms. Also no answer to paypal or anything. So now I am screwed until paypal can figure something out.

The worst part, to me, is that they can just make another name on the forums and use a new email address for a paypal account. I don't think paypal tracks the IP address.

I live in virginia beach. As far as i know nothing should take that long. Especially headlights. Mykrofon has also failed to keep in contact with me. I havent heard from him in a week in a half. I have made every effort to contact him and still no answer. I would highly recommend that nobody purchase anything from Mykrofon. I have made the mistake by trusting someone who showed positive feed back but i guess not everyone can be trusted.
It's been quite long enough. mykrofon = scammer and banned for life.

Paypal was able to recover $137 from his account, but I am still out $163. bboyrease still refuses to contact me on the remainder of missing funds

paypal does track ip adresses and also blocks your account especially when you use your account other than the country of your residence. They will even call you to verify that its you.

Sorry bro, nothing personal to you, I am also in the military and I have moved several times over the past 13 years and been all over the world and I have never had a hard time with keeping my paypal address as verified. I've moved twice just in the last year and still kept my account and address verified. Stay on top of it and it's to easy.
