Peter is no scammer my A$$!!! Check the thread... You will see that he has been banned from EVOM and has scammed MULTIPLE people. Please do not post if you do not have any idea what you are talking about.

 

F8ck this peter guy! he stole $270 from me. I was trying to buy a CF lip for the evo and its been a month and nothing! Paypal gave me back $30 which is nothing compared to my $270! **** PETER!

 

Paid for a 10.5 Hotside a while ago here on the forums.
I dont have the minimum amount of posts but have bought a crazy amount of things from the site with no problem from the sellers.

until i bought the hotside from Drew1020. Communication was good until i paid him. After that haven't heard a thing from him. Filed a paypal claim and it finally ended yesterday and of course theres no money in his account so I am unable to get a refund for it.

Any suggestions as to what to do?

be patient, Paypal will eventially pay for it, I assume. Paypal runs a tight ship, sometimes to tight lol.......what did you pay for it?

 

The best thing to do is to pay paypal through a credit card. Then you can get your credit card company to pull the funds from paypal. That basically screws paypal, but you get your money back.

Time to track this guy down and go knock on his door.

 

Yea i had the same problem. I payed for a 9 turbo and the box came empty i never got my money and the post office said that he had to take care of it. I still am think of takeing him to court for it. i learned to not but in less u can get it from the the guy in person

 

I have also bought a spoiler from Drew1020, as you say communications were excellent until I had paid, I also filed paypal dispute and won it but guess what they cannot refund me as there is no money in his account

If anyone has any info on Andrew Velez , I would love to hear it.

May be sorting something for someone to visit him.

Why didn't YOU contact us to let us know he did not refund your money. His account was never "de-active". How would we know if you are going to get you money back? I have PM'd the seller this morning for an explanation. Thanks.

I would like to add fellow member by the name of NICK LYONS to this list i dont know his screen name since i delete pms. But sent him $125 and nothing yet so paypal and my credit card are the ones hereing from me. Just Beware of this NICK LYONS.

 

Doing business w/ people on the internet just have too much to risk.

I would rather support legitimate businesses locally or on the forum (w/ good rep of course) if I am looking for parts.

I would never buy used parts either. I'd rather just save up and get something new. This way you will have a sense of security on what you paid for.
