Scam Alert
He gave me cash today. The ONLY reason I got my money back is because he lives so close to me. I was at work and said If I was not home to leave it behind the screen door. It was cash. I hope you guys outa state that also used Paypal get your refunds. I have a real strong feeling that with 3 paypal accounts, its going to be complicated. You all should ask/ demand, for money orders or cashiers checks via certified mail. This way both you guys and and our "friend" can have confirmation of refund. Paypal is a dead end I think.
So this is the PM I recieved after he gave me my money back:
"so are u relieved i payed u. i told u i wud. hey wat kind of evo do u have? what color, and wat color rims?"
My responce:
"Do you realize you're a straight up thief??? You clearly had few, if any of the things you were selling, including my e-brake handle! Do you want a gold star for doing something that should never have taken place to begin with? Unless i'm wrong, and you "put a hold on the package" and got it back, or " its the city man they don't give a s**t about the mail?"
This whole thing completely wasted my time and I definately am not gonna give you the sympothy you seem to want from everybody because "your Paypal account was hacked into," seems like you think you did me the favor!! And now you want to make nice after the way you treated me and the 10 other fellow members so of which are still without their money and like me are not used to dealing with this level of maturity in the "business world," hearing excuses after excuses all of which started with lies.
BTW how was Hawaii since we paid for your trip???"
Those were just two of several excuses for the "delay" in getting my money back. Mind you its been about a month of this crap. I know of only one person who got their actual item (bumper) after his fight was over. For every one else, he flat out was posting false ads and pocketing the money!!! The kicker is his parents prob. don't have a clue (except for the lavish trip to Hawaii) what he's been up to. It would be so funny if they answer the door WHEN the police and/or FBI ring the doorbell
