Sorry,I usually do give people the bennefit of the Doubt but if you check his feedback now you will see that has changed.That person has done nothing but LIE,change his story several times,not returned P.M's sent asking the whereabouts of a "delivery confirmation" number that he p.m'ed me that he claimed he had and has done nothing in trying to locate package that he claims he has shipped.Is that the kind of seller you would want to buy anything from.I do understand that packages do sometimes get lost but an effort should be made to find out where they went if he was any kind of legit seller but he hasn't and since his story changes daily I do believe he is a SCAMMER,LIAR,end of story.
On a side note he never even responded to the paypal claim against him(in which I won but still haven't got any funds back from) and has since had his paypal account suspended,that alone should tell you about his credibility.Then he has the nerve to come on here and lie somemore and then attempt to sell something else.

 

Its pretty pathetic that people would Scam, sometimes other people just leave good feedback on sellers too, to help them scam, I hate buying things online it hasn't happen to me yet but I think my luck is going to run out.

 

shift_fast scammed finally sent me my parts a month after i paid and after filing a paypal claim and everything.

EDIT: I got the parts the 29th, wasnt shipped til Aug 28th. at least i got them though.

if u do a search on me, i had an attempted scammer. Forunately for where i was working, i had full access to EVERYONE who has a social security #'s information. I eventually got fed up with the company's crap and left. If i was still there, I would've helped you guys out. First+last name+state=LOTS of info

Paypalled him $60 for a hood vent piece he was advertising.

PMed him a week later he said, "sorry I forgot to ship it will send it out today" another couple days go by I pm him. No replies even though he logs in and reads the pms.

Give him a little more time.

Start paypal claim. Give him plenty of time to respond via paypal. Then escalate the claim. Paypal rules in my favor but he has not money in his account so I am out the money.

EDIT: Said it was his friends hood vent and his "friend" didn't send it out. Said he would send me a money order. Asked for my address. still has not sent the money.

I know $60 isn't really anything but he could scam a member for more.

I have escalated this to the moderators before and they did nothing. I guess the don't care about there members until someone makes a big stink about things. Maybe that is what I need to do.


EDIT AGAIN:

PMed him and posted in some of his threads and he paypaled me the funds. I am out the PP fees but at least i am not out the whole thing.

He may actually be a ok person but I still would not buy another part from him.

BOUGHT THE PART IN AUG 07 AND FINALLY GOT A REFUND IN FEB 08
