just thought i would let you guys know from my exp with paypal they dont do jack.. i got money taken from me to and the other person lied and they closed the case based upon what he said so i was out 275.00 smackers hope it works out for you.

 

Well that's why you can always do a chargeback with your CC company.

 

Well actually I think this will get resolved cause he has a lot of claims so paypal will see this and determine that this f_ucker is a problematic and refund all money to accounts

dont expect paypal to ge your money back to you...do a credit card resolution to get your card charged back

 

So has anyone received a refund yet? I just got a PM from evoboy8990 but he didn't say anything about a refund being sent yet. If I don't receive the money in the next few hours I am going to file a complaint using that FBI link. Thanks again everyone for all your input.

 

I just checked paypal and he hasn't issued a refund yet .

Go to your paypal and log in at www.paypal.com
My payment was sent April 24th and it was for the ammount of 100.00 click on details and scroll to the bottom of the page , there is a link that says REFUND click it and issue a refund to me and to everyone else . Even if you have all sorts of claims you still should be able to do a refund so what's holding you?........Paypal has the money frezzed in your paypal account it's there so that you can issue the refund

I have had no new updates. As stated early I am going to follow through with filing an FBI claim on thier website. I was hoping it was not going to come to this but it looks like everyone who is owed money from evoboy8990 will not receive a refund from him.

He lies to us in the thread saying he will get our money back ALL HE HAS TO DO IS PUSH THE REFUND button and voila we all get our money back but he is lying saying he es on to it he is not doing anything

 

Thats cause he doesnt have our money. Thats what scammers do.

no offense.. but you guys should have filed the FBI claim already.. apparently if you read further into the thread people have his personal information as well. If enough of you file, it will indeed flag authorities as a higher priority threat therefore pushing it up on the list. Get on it and get it done... My other forum had the same problem, eventually they gave him so much time he closed up shop and bounced and only 1 got his money back.
