Depends, you want more performance or better looks? If you want performance go for header, TB, IM, and piggyback unless you wanna go all out and go turbo. If you want looks, could get a body kit, Evo7 or 8 wing, new rims pretty much anything you think looks good. Might wanna do some suspension work like a rear sway bar, front strut bar, new springs, or a full coilover system.
Ah, lots of guys have cold airs in their autos. Anyways though, the only springs I know of for the ES lancer are the progress ones you can get through RRM. I've heard they are kinda bouncy though. Might think about saving up and just getting the TEIN basic or super kit, with ride adjustablility and with the super, damper adjustment.

i disagree with the progress springs comment. i have them on my car and it rides better than my buddies cavalier on eibachs and my friends focus on eibachs. both of those guys have the eibach pro-kit not the sportline.
since all these thing cost different amounts thats like comparing apples to oranges. Like everyone one else said....if you've got the cash go turbo.
If you've got the cash for a bodykit.....save it until you have enough to go turbo.
I went the show route for a while just because I wanted my car to look different and wanted people to notice it. Did the headlights, did a lip kit, did the neon underglow kit. But when people start to notice it they always ask "Is it turbo'ed" and then I always have to say no. Then they loose interest and walk away.
Make it demand respect before you make it an eye catcher...thats the route I'm going for now.
