hey yall just wanted to make my first post up on this site. right now i've got a 00 eclipse gt and as soon as its payed off hopefully very early next year, ill be gettin somethin new. right now i'm at a toss up between a dodge ram with a hemi, a mustang cobra, and the evo. right now i'm leanin towards the evo. i havent really looked at what insurance would b but im payin kinda high insurance already so i think id survive. well just sayin hey and if yall want id appreciate any help on makin my decision, thanks and im glad to be here

Welcome to here and yes Evo will own the cobra on a full course or road cobra will have a slight advantage on a straight road and well the truck thats a totally different catagory
the Evo does have AWD though hehe.

I'd get the evo! I had a stang and just sold it to get the evo. You can't sand blast the grin off my face!!!

I would get the EVO...it is truly the best performance car...hands down! However, if you just want raw power and only go for the 1/4 mile then the Cobra is your car. With $1500 in upgrades on the EVO you will be right there with the Cobra in the 1/4 mile plus have the handling and stopping power of cars 3+ times the value of the EVO.
