ok i talked to the sale person and we talked on lowing the price- He said the invoice price is 30,500 and pay $3,500 of a downpayment and it will be $27,000 otd(including taxes and everything). Is this a good deal or not or should i try to lower the price more.
go lower, that isn't invoice price....go to cars.com, you can find invoice on all cars on there. If I remember correctly invoice is like 29,XXX. Check there, and then go back to the dealership

I thought MSRP for the evo gsr $30,998?and thats starting price,plus they add your taxes and etc... so i dont think you cant go below the MSRP unless you get an rs or the sales person hooked you up with that evo.
