the tanabe ultra medalion is angeled slightly, noticeable if your standing straight behind.

 

in that case i guess all those japanese tuners(i.e HKS, JUN, GREDDY, TOP SECRET, AMUSE) are just a bunch of ricers..damn them they should stop going to pep boys for that full Titanium manderal bent ANGLED exhaust.

Man, buy the one you like. I have JIC and i LOVE it, could care less about what gives me more power/ sounds better, when it all comes down to it, i think it depends on the looks.

 

Tell you the truth..i dont think ricers could even afford angled exhausts since they must replace the whole piping...not only that..they just basically slap on a big fart cannon to their stock piping...just like onesicklambo has said...HKS,JUN,GREDDY, Ams, Perrin...are definitely not riced out vendors. They sell quality exhausts at a price ricers' cars are worth and are angled for a reason. What ricer would spend more than $300 for a angled exhaust? NONE. Angled exhausts may be played out but it is in no way "riced" out.

 

i'm glad i got such a heated debate going on about the merits of angled exhausts and their respective "rice factors". but thanks for the input guys, i appreciate it. (yeah, i'm gettin the hks ti cb)

 

If you were going out to eat would you let someone tell you what to eat? It's your money, spend it how you want. Dont be swayed by the opinions of others. If it gives you wood to have dual canisters coming out the rear door windows, then do it.

I have an angled exhaust. It's not becaues i thought it was cool and so forth, its because it came with two resonators. I dont care though, cause i am not thinking as i drive. DAMN, i wonder how gay it looks from the outside.

 

angled is just a break thru statement from traditional style looking exhaust..or whatever you call it. if you don't like it, then its not for you.

The Turboxs no longer comes with the ti tip. I just picked mine up and its all stainless. You can piece a 3" TB together for much less than what they charge for theirs.

DAmn... I got the turboXS in NOV 04 I go the burnt tip. Looks SICK but its starting to get LOUD! Well i guess thats because of the DC Sports DP.

A lot of supra's have angled exhaust. Its not for show its for the bends. duhh

Yeah, when I ordered it I asked if it would come with the ti tip. The vendor said yes, but I had read on here that they discontinued that style. Picked up the box last night and no burnt tip, guess the vendor missed that memo...

PS Painting EXHAUST IS NOT RICE EITHER. Ive seen that on a Red evo wit black rims, wing and hood its really good. Everything 2 you is rice? is Perrin SHORTY antenna rice?
