Yeah, man, damn, we already said it several times. If you really didn't believe us, you could do a search and see it mentioned 100 times elsewhere...

05s have a rev limit of ~7600.

all right so i was out messing around i hit rev limiter at just shiy of 1000rpm from 8000rpm. so yes maybe the rev gauge is off. so i will get somthing eles to see what rev is cut off maybe some engin mang. and it does not feel nice when hit that rev limiter lol. but i say shift right befor 7500rpm and its so sweet. but hey what kind of shift light is good out there. becasue i dont know when to shift car so fast i cant take eyes off road its a beast to handle it going 7500rpm and then jam in next gear while going turning and ****. i still have learning to do with this beast.

You don't need a shift light, you just need to get a feel for your car. You will know when to shift based off how the car feels and sounds in each gear.

I revved my stock O5 to well over 8000 and I did not feel the rev limiter cut in.
Talked to a Mitsu service tech, and he wasn't sure were exactly the actual fuel
cut is, but said be careful not to over rev it. Anyone have any specific info or documentation
from Mitsu?

I know it sounds crazy, but it's the truth. Did it on an 1/8 mile track between first
and second, and then second and third.
