Question regarding evo 8 and Evo 9
Do you guys think when the evo 9 comes out that the value on the evo 8 will depreciate or will it keeps its kbb value???

I would imagine some, but nothing rediculous. Only time will tell.

I wouldnt worry about it. Reason being because there will be plently of people that either cant afford a new evo 9, and those who just simply like the evo 8 better.

It depends on how well it will take mods. If it responds alot better than the 8's, we might see a little dip, but nothin to worry about.

Think of it this way, if you wait for the IX to come out, you will be paying top dollar, maybe even above MSRP in some locations, for quite some time, and also not have the benefit of 0% financing. With a regular rate you may be looking at $3,000 in interest. So if you take that $3K and add the $2K savings from buying an VIII now at invoice, you break out with a $5K savings. It should not depreciate more then that. Meaning a '06 IX and an '05 VIII, in lets say 3 yrs time, with the same mileage will most likely not have a $5K differnce.
