you need a history lesson...BAD!, In my opinion, you dont deserve to drive an evo, and you would be better of driving a mustang witht aht kind of attitude. but what i can tell you, is that I can Afford an Evo, and mod it. but, i would never use it to its potential, as is i hardly ever drive fast, so and evo wouldnt me much good, but i do like working on cars and being different, hence why i bought the lancer. so blah blah blah, and please next time, before you make abother idiot post, without facts, think use google, afterall you are driving a Lancer, that is a lot more expensive to upkeep, so what if it can get to 200mph? average speedlimit is 70mph, unless you are on a track, why are you pulling over 100 anyways?

First off, I said IMO (in my opinion) the Lancer looks nothing like an EVO, especially with just the high wing put on there. Maybe people arent too savy around where your from so they cant tell the difference. Thats not true around here.

My comment about people laughing at that stuff I guess is an East Coast thing. If you have a V6 Mustang and put GT rims, emblems and dual exhaust, your laughed at. That was my point. That could be geographical.

The EVO is indeed a chick magnet around these areas. Many girls around here are auto savy and know exactly what the EVO is and what a regular Lancer is. Some dont, but by the looks, they can easily tell my car looks 10x better than any regular Lancer or OZ. (The color, drop, and Volks help too ). Oh, and my gf likes my car better than her dads G35 and my moms Benz (which I drive here and there).

By definition a poser is trying to be something your not, whether is be by the clothes you wear, the way you talk or your car.

IMO, I dont lke the way my car looks wingless, I think the wing sets it apart and looks right considering my wide body/stance of the car and big wheels/tires, huge brakes, etc. Here is a pic of mine. If you wanted your car to look like an EVO your right, youd have to spend thousands upon thousands on every body part, including wheels/tires, fenders both front and back, bumpers, wing, hood, etc. Would you really do that though?

I said poser commenting on a Lancer thats TRYING to look like an EVO. If you put the wing on there because you think it looks good, thats your own perogative. I have no problem with it. However, of course, the emblem thing is different and that indeed is poser-like!
