Good luck on the cam swap.
Please post the graphs of the the IX and VIIIs you saw on the Mustang Dyno, were both cars stock? Just trying to gather all the info with dynos and IXs.

Yes - they are baselining very similar What you have to remember is that the Flash (Ecutek) is controlling the MIVEC - that's why tuners are seeing very big gains from "just" a Flash.

No need to scream BS Precision Dyno has posted some numbers stock then with the Flash so you can see net gains. Who cares what the baseline number is - what are the gains

To answer 3000ways - give it some time. The Ohlins go on after the winter - just waiting to get a Flash; still pondering the TBE thing - with such good gains why go through the hassle of an exhaust I love the "Less is Best" approach.

Really,
First let me ask about this 330whp figure you came up with. Where and what shop tuned a 9 and got 30 WHP from an exhaust?
I know it wasn't us.

And calling BS on 300whp on a 9 nine?
Which graph are you confused with? If you are talking about our results, then you may want to rethink you post.
Our dyno reads conciderably lower that any dynojet. Just like many MD's do.
DID you even look at the baseline numbers of this car? Or just looking at the final peak figure?
I think you have some research to do my friend....

I've got the Works drop in, Works P1, and getting ready to send it out for the P2.

LOL, ain't it the truth!!!

did they use the same size gas tank as well?

I just got my IX about a week ago and don't have intentions of voiding the warranty so soon, but its very tempting with how stupid and easy it is to extract power out of these extraordinary machines.

you guys gotta remember that the 9 is an 06 model and it just came out.. Relax there will be many modded ones soon.. As far as a comparison goes I just traded in my 05 rally red evo 8 for a tarmac black evo 9, I still am a little shy of the 600 mle break-in, but my initial impression is that the car def feels pretty strong as compared to my 05... The car is noticebaly more torquier, and it feels almost as fast as my 05 wit htbe, intake, and mbc... All these parts will make it on the 9 soon enough hopefully within a few weeks, and I jsut can't wait to feel what a beast this thing is gonna be, then itiis off to Iveytune for the ECUtek flash. BTW heres a link to someone in Evo-Ny who just made 332 whp with just a mbc, and exhaust I think. . I think his mods are in the thread, check it out IX haters
