Adjusting Headlights in 03 evo

The beam pattern in my evo is very low. I have the little knob pushed all the way up, but they are still very low. I know that 06 sti's have a little screw on the headlights assembly that can be turned to adjust the beam pattern, and I was wondering if evo's have one of those too. I looked, but I didn't see anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

well the 03s have adjustable rise headlamp beams -- twiddle the switch to put them all the way up -- if they are still a bit low for your liking there was a write-up a year or two ago about how to adjust them to a higher stop at the top . . .

I know about the toggle switch, but they are still too low. I'll have to search for the write up. Thanks
