How do you

What do you have to do to get something saying someone has replied to you're post? On the other boards I can tell if someone replied to one of my threads. Thanks.

You have to click on the user name and do the search that way. You will find out all of that members post and you can see that way if if replied or participated on one of your threads.

You will see: find more(user ID) member post

Best notification you can do is one that lets you know if a particular thread has been responded to, but not your post itself. This is the normal subscibe feature I'm referring to...

click on User CP, Edit Options, scroll down to the part that says "Default Thread Subscription Mode", change it to "Instant Email Notification", then as soon as someone replies to your thread you get an email saying so

Yeah, I told him that already, but he's talking about a notification when someone responds to his individual posts.

well you didn't detail it explicitly

i don't get what that means, responds to his individual posts? like if someone quotes him? that's the only way i can think of that is different than a thread subscription that you might want to be notified of, but people can respond without quoting so that wouldn't help at all, just need a subscription to the thread. but then he said
