Made a post in "Als banning thread" as a joke

2 minutes later recieved this poorly spelled pm from Nastea:
"I as that you dit your post. and post somehing relative to the subject of the thrad"

I noticed this pm at replied with a "sure" and was about to edit my post as per Nasteas asking. 4 minutes later as I was about to edit the post I recieve a warning.

When did it become the practice of Evom and its moderators that you ask someone to edit the post and then, without allowing them to do so. Send them a warning?

Ridiculous!

 

Dont sweat it bro tension is high, everyone is upset and having a bad day. Your post didnt help the situation best to just try and help out or just wait it out till things calm

 

Nonetheless a warning 4 minutes after i recieved the pm without any chance to edit the post?

Ridiculous, no matter what the tension level is. Every mod on here has a sense of humour, nastea seems to be just a jerk in general. "we're tightening up the rules".....apparently there are rules now, rules that didn't exist when someone harassed me over pms, or flamed in my threads.....amazing!

 

Believe me bro I understand frustration about mods and warnings as well as anyone here. I also know that that particular post woulda gotta anyone a warning. Its tough but thats the way things are around here right now. You have 5 more man

 

if you guys banned or disabled this guys account for that...then that sucks...whether or not tensions are high...people are here for free input not any of the rules say that and you guys are just being *******s...

 

Adding fuel to fire will just get you in trouble. I have to agree with mp5, your post not only did not help the situation, but the mods didn't find it funny.

 

If you have a problem with a mod why don't you just pm that mod and discuss it further. Maybe he was wrong and will admit it, or maybe he will tell you his reasons and you would understand where he is coming from. Regardless, posting this in a public thread sounds like you are just trying to stir up trouble to me. Try and work it out through pms first, if that doesn't work, pm another mod, finally if that doesn't work, post publically but explain how you tried to work it out through pm's first.
