Are there any reasons why you would get rid of the Evo (other than the 350Z)? If not, I would keep that Evo man... You'll regret getting rid of it. Just MHO

I test drove a 350Z before i got my EVO and wasnt to impressed with the power and traction plus there is no back seat.

Dude your on an EVO forum of course everyone is going to say the EVO is better.

I drove my friend's 350Z a couple of times. Its simply not as engaging to drive as the Evo. If you really enjoy driving there really are no reasons to trade the Evo in. That said, the 350z does look better(imo) and is more comfortable on a day to day basis.

My uncle has a 350z w/ I/E that I drive often and its pretty quick. BUT IT DRINKS GAS!!! Also, I thought that it wouldn't bother me that its only a 2 seater but it's really gotten to me because not even the trunk is big enough for some regular day to day items (anything from IKEA) BUT you do get more female leg humpers since it looks sporty. After I test drove an EVO, Im planning on purchasing one very soon for the same price and I accept the fact that I'll prob be jocked more by "ricers" than females (SoCal). But who needs a tight LOOKING car when you have tight game

I traded in my 350z for the evo. Enough said.
The power is just not a comparison between the Evo and 350z. I mean the 350z looks better, and thats about all its got on the Evo.

Only thing I like better for the 350z is the interior styling and nav option. If i were to get one i'd be compelled to turbo it out, and that would be way more expensive than modding my evo.

no backseat, so it wouldn't work as my daily would also be a problem.

If you have to ask which one to stay with or get. I would say that the EVO is not for you.

You haven't given alot of info in order for anyone to make a recommendation.

Why do you have second thoughts?

What do you think you would gain by going to the Z?

What is important to you; what do you want from the car?

I had very specific reasons as to why I changed to an Evo. Given the financial hit you'll likely take, thinking about these things ahead of time can help eliminate any buyer's remorse.

Good Luck!

I've said this before, but it bears repeating here.

350Zs suck wind.
The engine (VQ35DE) is practically platform shared across the entire Nissan/Infiniti line. Its soulless, gutless, responds horribly to mods, and generally sucks.

The fit and finish of the 350Z is worse than even the Evo. The interior pieces are cheap, the paint has a ton of orange peel, and the overall feel is poor.

The only thing the 350Z has going for it is that it is RWD. Other than that, its a total shapile in my book. I wouldn't walk across the street to take a dump on one. Worse engine evAr.

I would have no problem driving a 350z or g35 coupe. It looks hot, its fun to drive (maybe not as fun as an evo) and you will definately get ladies if thats your thing. I guess it comes down to your priorites.
