I've heard that the evo8 and evo9 brackets are different which i wanted to know the truth to this. I was looking to put one on my 03 wrx which i know its been done before but which would fit better? and are any modifications needed?

I got a IX bracket and i have seen a few wrx, i guess it would fit but i need my bracket though. I guess try and see one of each.

 

i heard from a local dealer that 04/05 are different then the 06...not sure which will fit better though..
