It's official!

Well finally, after countless hours of research, a lot of decision making, and a bunch of b/s with my dealer, I picked up my WW Evo IX w/ SSL! I got her with 46 miles, and when I finally stopped driving her for the night she had 179 miles on the ticker.
The best part is I've still got my gsx which is going to be a summer tracker, winter beater, and anywhere I'll be around ignorant people that are going to back into her like my gsx a 1/2 dozen times.

No, haha, 28 was my dads racecar number when I was growing up and I've adopted it for sports, etc...

Besides...I'm only 27

I was 4g63t28 on some other forums because that's the turbo I have on my gsx. I thought it was kind of clever. I was going to change my name to stevo9, but I couldn't figure out how to do it.

On a side note, do these brakes ever get better. I'm just about to hit 300 and I'm going to try to bed them in some, but they don't stop anywhere near as good as they should.

From the pics of my gutted and straight-piped GSX you can probably see why I'm luvin' the SSL. I'll get some more pics of the Evo when I get more time.

Those brakes are some of the best in the business. They are far superior to those on most cars. I've set some really fast lap times with 100whp over stock while still using the stock rotors, pads, and lines (upgraded fluid).

I'm in woodbury, ct about 20min outside of waterbury.

As far as the brakes go...I'm just about to hit 600 miles. They stop pretty good when I stomp on them, but they really seem to lack initial bite which makes them kind of unpredictable to me, but I'm still getting used to the car. It drives so much different than my GSX.
