exhaust ?

I think I have decided to get the hks ti exhaust.

My question is do all catbacks bolt to other vendors parts.

The reason I'm asking is I really like the perrin test pipe so I wanted to bolt on a downpipe (vendor not known yet) perrin test pipe and hks ti exhaust.

Sorry for my ignorance.

that's always a problem because you have to work out fitment issues. If i were you, i would just get the APS Racing turboback. 3.5" piping all around. You won't to worry about any fitment problems, and i think it's the biggest one on the market for the evo.

I believe that combo will work. I got the hks 30th anniversary hipower catback, which is essentially the same. The only problem I had with it was that the resonator was banging against the driveshaft during right hand turns, and it would occasionally rattle against the gas tank heat shield..so you may want to have the resonator replaced with a straight pipe
Other than that the only other problem I had with it was that the flange at the cat was 2.5" and my testpipe is 3"..so that had to go as well.
As long as the downpipe you get has a 2bolt flange it will work.

I kind of wanted an angled tip, but guess you can't have anything. That would save me a lot of money and will consider it, but does bushur have a turboback for a ix? I only saw the vband one on their site. Don't vband exhausts have issues?

Where are a few good places to order from?
