The OEM HID bulb is NOT the 9006 type, it has a D2S type bulb. IT will NOT fit on your car, you batter sell it and get the 9006 HID kit.

Its easier to sell your D2S type HID kit and get the 9006 HID kit, because most of OEM HID headlights that use projector lens use D2S type HID bulb. so you may sell them on ebay fast. The 9006 HID kit from $200 to $500. Just don't get the 9006 kit with over 6000K color temp.

Yes you can! Why not spend the cash for the JDM MR headlights, unless you can find the 8 headlights for under $600? A D2S HID kit is alot cheaper than a conversion kit. Also becareful if you do a conversion kit and the cops are smart where you live, they can have you remove them. Since HID conversion kits were deemed illegal by US DOT last year.
