Why dont you research the Magneson moss act? Oh and the answer is no unless they cause a problem and you try to get it fixed under warranty.

Here is a link to the Magnusson-Moss Act, which is Federal not state dependant, or dealer dependant.

Many dealers will and have voided warranties with an aftermarket blow off valve. Why are you replacing the stock diverter?

if u worry about warranty, keep the car stock~ you have a 9 and still have plenty of warranty left. laws says one part cant avoid entire warranty but it's pain in the *** to fight for it.

u dont need an aftermarket bov unless u're just looking for sound.
and why do you need coilovers? are you going to track it?
stock suspension is far more superior than what most of us are capable of driving.

i have an early 03 model and kept my car stock for nearly 3 years and warranty
definitely saved me money. i started modding cuz my bumper to bumper is done and i did kinda get bored with the stock setup.

You should really ask those questions. I am sure if you cracked the oil pan and the motor locked up, they will not cover the blown motor(with coilovers). I have also heard read that denied tranny work on a car that was auto crossed. If you are really concerned about your warranty, leave the car stock. Remember, you have to pay to play.

Your warranty will be voided the moment you drive your car off of the lot because driving the car puts unncessary strain on the vehicle drivetrain. It also will void your paint warranty because the second the car sees sun, the paint is damaged by an outside force that is not under the manufacturers control.

Doesn't the warranty contract in the owners manual state that if the car is modified the warranty will be voided? Would an after market part that had different performance characteristics from the part is is replacing be covered under the Magnusson-Moss Act? I though that just protected you when using OEM equivalent parts? Anyway if you are planning on modding your car don't plan on having a warranty.
