I daily drive my Evo IX MR. I use it for the daily commute, groceries, and road trips. Its a little noisy in the interior, and the ride is a little overdamped, but its very fun to drive. I already ditched the factory stereo and tinted the windows. I hope to install some sound deadening soon. A Vishnu tune and a rear swaybar are also planned to improve the fun factor.
I daily drive mine also eeeevery day to and from work and wherever else I need to go. Roughly 13.7 miles one way to work 6 days a week, but who's really counting?
Wouldn't trade it for the world

I ask because I currently have a 99 Si, a Jeep and a zx-6r. I am trying adequetly weigh my options... I can't depend on the Jeep to be a daily driver, its old school and I like having it around to go wheeling and hit the snow. So basically I am on the cusp, trade the Si and don't outlay as much cash, or keep that and continue to have cheap gas on my run to work. I owe nothing on it and it runs like a friggin tank... (its probably slower than a tank too, weird...
