if you run pump gas stockers are fine, if you run alky or race gas go a step colder...

 

you will not make that power on pump gas with just bolt on's. check out the stage packages from the vendors. check out vishnu, buschar, dynoflash, warrtalon, turbotrix, or ams. just to name a few. pretty much go with a full 3" turbo back exhaust, drop in filter, fuel pump, cat delete, and a boost controller. then get a flash. you should be around 290-310 awhp. i also say stay consistant with one vendor for your parts and build a good relationship with them. none of the above mentioned will stear you wrong. i came from a integra awhile back and my buddy owns topsetup (american touge fwd winner) and he tells guys intake, exhaust, and hondata. so pretty much the same as a honda minus an intake and plus a fuel pump but you will see bigger gains compared to an na honda. good luck where are you from?

 

this is what i've come up with. the pre packaged stages dont came with as much and they'e more expensive. i dont know much about alch. injction and i dont think i wanna try.

2. turbo xs EVO8 Downpipe
3. ultimate racing 3" Stainless Steel Test-Pipe
4. ssautochrome 02 Housing
5. AMSpermormance lower IC pipe
6. walbor 255 pump
7. dynoflash ecu flash
8. mbc

what else could i do?

also whats the limit on the stock clutch? hp/tq wise.

 

I suggest going with rst downpipe as it is a cat delete as well and is cheaper overall, 02 housings are a really not worth the time to install but, alky or race gas are the big ways to make power on these cars, do some research, stock clutch holds up great to any mods (besides nitrous) with a stock turbo...
