front breaks are squealing

You dont need new pads, or rotors, your brakes could be slightly glazed cause they dont get used like they were intended to.
+1 Mine do the same in the cold, just a little bit too not a whole lot.

I got 5,000 miles on my Evo IX and everyone I ask says the squealing is normal due cuz they are high performance and heat up very quickly hence the squealing, annoying yes but who cars you own an evo

Mine squeal since day one and I didn't care too much... hehehe and well it squeals as of today and I have about 4500k miles and my cousin who came to visit my family from MN politely asked me if he could drive my Evo and I said "yes" and well he said the brakes are squealing and I told him thats normal... anyways everything about the Evo is loud and noisy... sometimes I dont know how my 1 year old nephew could sleep in the car :P
