EVO MR Bilstein - Ride Quality

I'm thinking about picking up some Bilstein MR shocks for my Evo 8 RS. Simply to improve the ride quality a bit and because Bilsteins are easy to get revalved.
I would appreciate it if an MR owner or someone with MR shocks give me some feedback on the ride?

Clearly, you haven't searched, as I've posted the comparison between the two several times, as did others. If you're concerned about something as insipidly pedestrian as ride quality, buy a different car. There's no night and day difference in that respect; the Evo was never designed to be a boulevard cruiser.

The Bilstein suspension is more compliant. As such, it allows the tires to keep better contact with the road. It also gives a little more feedback and somewhat improved turn-in. At the same time, it's body roll is slightly more pronounced. It doesn't sound like any of these factors would matter to you outside of the conceptual phase.

My friend put in a full MR suspension in his 03 8. (bilsteins and springs). He paid 800.00 for the set-up from an evom member who went with coil overs. To make a long story short he told me it was a waste of 1100.00 dollars. (300.00 for the install).

Thanks for the comments, but maybe I'm asking the wrong questions. I understand its a race car, but driving 5 hour to track events is definitely tiring.

So I should be more technical in asking, does anyone have dyno plots of both the stock struts and the Bilstein MR struts? What I'm looking for is mainly the difference in high speed rebound curves? It feels like the high speed bleed is not blowing off at the right place.

If the Bilsteins for the most part ride exactly the same as the stock shocks, then I'll just assume they are the same and revalve the Bilsteins to what I want.

The ride is great considering how precise the car drives. The roads I drive every day are horrible, and I still can't really complain.

Thanks alex4nder for the response. I have been to SB many times, and I know what you mean about the bad roads.

The Evo ride isn't that punishing for me?

Maybe it's because I used a track car as a daily driver for 4 years but the Evo ride is so supple and smooth. I get motion sickness when driving in a car with mushy shocks like a Cadillac.
