MBC Manual Boost Controller

You can def break 11s in an VIII youll need Allky or race gas. Once you add either VIII's and IX's power levels will be near the same.

IX will make much more power with bolt ons but add the allky and the playing field shortens dramatically

So you can turn up the boost on your STOCK TURBO to 28lbs or so once you add that Allky/Meth. Youll still have 93 in you tank but will need to inject Allky/Meth into the intake

Thumbs up

TBE 3"
Boost controller (Prefer EVC6 or profecB spec2) depends on boost taper
MAS pipe & cone type filter
Lower I/C pipe
Injectors (around 700cc)
Walbro GS342 intank fuel pump (Good to 550whp)
Tune (custom for A/F's) 93-c16 octane dictates Boost (22-30+)
HKS DLI (Ignition prblems solved)
Cams (264/264)

Will need to put it down to run 11's unless your good?
Clutch & flywheel

If your not doing the install yourself on all the parts, I going to say it's going to be pretty tough to get in the 11's for $3000. The install costs for many of the parts will cost you.

For those that say you don't need a whole lot for a VIII, that's just not true. Sure, there have been folks who have run 11's with minimal mods but they probably had the most important mod you can't buy, the DRIVER MOD.

Look at my signature for reference. I'm not the best driver but I'm not he worst either. Hopefully though your car will respond better to mods then mine did. With a "GREAT" driver, my car should be capable of mid to low 11's based on my trap speed.

Hope it works out for you and good luck!

very easy.... try to follow =-p

megan dp 100
jegs cutout 25
forge mbc 80
snow meth kit 265 or c16 or 110
tactric cable 100
innovate lc1 180
walbro 79

thats an 11 sec run for $829 about a 115 trap.

if you want to run c16 or 110 it will cost you 564 in parts =-)

the next mod would be cams gsc 280's would be my choice, i would prowl the used sections and pick up when u can get =-)
