I think im ready to upgrade my stock evo8. I'm getting at least 3k from my income tax return. Can somebody tell me honestly the exact mods to be 11sec @1/4mile??? My budget is 3k excluded labor.......please help anybody?please list all the mods??????? Thanks in advance.
