wheel offset

wheel offset

i want my bbs to be flushed so i was thinking of using spacers....what is the stock offset on a 9? and what offset do u guys think is perfect?

I'm not exactly sure what the stock offset is, but you could always try using the search button. The offset is the same for Evo 7 8 9 (all the same chassis). I have found through lots of research that a 35mm offset is probably as close to perfect as you can get (many have reported of fitting a 18x9.5 rim with 265's and 35mm offset with no rubbing).

+37 is too close to the shocks in the front suspension. +35 is even a little close. If I ran +37 with my teins, I'd be rubbing on my coilovers for sure!

+38 is the stock offset. to be flush you are going to need at least a 8mm-9mm spacer to bring your offset down to a +30 - +29. but we need to know what you are lowered.
